holes<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Having said all that, other than the 5th, 6th and 9th, the holes could be found on decent &#8220;pitch n putt&#8221; courses.\u00a0 \u00a0It&#8217;s true that it is difficult to play to your handicap for better golfers, but that is due mainly to some very small greens.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1172\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1172\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1172\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_6th-xxgreen-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_6th-xxgreen-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_6th-xxgreen-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_6th-xxgreen-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1172\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The nice 6th hole at Craggan &#8211; one of 3 good holes.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>It does have very nice views to the surrounding Cromdale Hills and the Cairngorms, but the nearby River Spey is only momentarily in view (from the 4th green) and never really in play.<\/p>\n<p>Several of the holes are not much more than 100 yards, but the 3 holes aforementioned are noteworthy.\u00a0 The 6th (162 yards) and 9th (132 yards) being the most visually attractive and both with water in play in the form of small ponds (part of the fishing on offer).\u00a0 The overall length is only 1269 yards.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1173\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1173\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1173\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_9th-tee-moly-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_9th-tee-moly-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_9th-tee-moly-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/blog.scotlandgolfbible.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/180622_Craggan_9th-tee-moly-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1173\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The 9th &#8211;
